Sean Connery’s widow celebrated her 94th birthday looking elegant in a midi bodycon dress. Lady Micheline looked gorgeous in the forest green dress as she enjoyed quality time with her granddaughter in the Bahamas.
Their 27-year-old granddaughter, Saskia, shared moments from the celebration on her Instagram page, to her followers’ delight. Saskia looked stunning in a blue floral summer dress as she posed with the birthday girl. “This is 94,” Saskia captioned the post.
Saskia shared more snaps of her glam grandma, who complimented her dress with a pair of silver heels and a statement necklace. They gazed into each other’s eyes, blew kisses, and shared warm hugs in more photos.
In another picture, the duo danced with some performers in colorful costumes and musical instruments. Fans were in the comments to join Saskia in wishing Grandma Micheline a happy birthday. “Happy 94! That’s a milestone. She looks great, God bless,” someone wrote. “I’m not sure addressing Moosha as Queen does her justice. Haha!” someone else added, referring to Saskia’s nickname for her.
Micheline moved with Sean to the Bahamas some years ago, where she now celebrates her birthday. They began their relationship in 1970 after they met at a golf tournament in Morocco. Micheline has been married twice before Sean, who was divorced from his first wife Diane Cilento when they met.
Despite not understanding each other’s language at the beginning of their relationship, Lady Micheline cheekily noted that it was not an issue as they understood each other in other ways. “Oh we had no problem communicating— body language,” Micheline, who speaks fluent French and Spanish, joked.
The James Bond actor died in 2020 at the age of 90, leaving Micheline heartbroken. “He was my life for so long and I am grateful for the wonderful life we had together,” she said at the time. “But it is not the same for me now.”
