Old Clip Resurfaces Of Ashton Kutcher’s Comments On Underage Hilary Duff & Olsen Twins

Danny Masterson was finally convicted on two rape counts out of three and was sentenced to 30 years to life in prison earlier this month. Several celebrities and co-stars have weighed in on the issue, including Ashton Kutcher, who penned a letter supporting him.

However, a revealing old clip of Ashton resurfaced online following his allegiance to Danny. In the clip, the That ’70s Show co-star of Danny’s made some disturbing comments about Hilary Duff and the Olsen twin girls, who were under 18 years old at the time.

The clip came from a 2003 episode of his reality TV series, Punk’d, where he said Hilary— who was only 15 at the time, was “one of the girls we’re all waiting for to turn 18….along with the Olsen twins,” he added, referring to celebrity child actors Ashley and Mary-Kate.

Danny’s accuser and ex-girlfriend, Chrissie Carnell Bixler, shared the footage on an Instagram story after Ashton and his wife, Mila Kunis, individually and publicly supported her rapist in writing. Bixler also slammed the couple on her Instagram story that day— “In my opinion, you’re just as sick as your mentor,” she wrote.

Ashton and Mila apologized for their letter

As expected, Ashton and his co-star wife are under fire for their character letters written to the prosecuting judge, taking sides with Danny. Ashton’s letter, obtained by legal affairs journalist Meghann Cuniff, read, “He has been nothing but a positive influence on me. Not only is he a good friend to me, I’ve witnessed him be a good friend to others and the kind of brother others would be lucky to have.”

The couple apologized for their letters via an Instagram video on Saturday. Ashton claimed the letters “were intended for the judge to read and not to undermine the testimony of the victims or re-traumatize them in any way.”

“We would never want to do that. And we’re sorry if that has taken place,” the 45-year-old actor pleaded.
