Priscilla Presley is experiencing an enduring period of grief after the heartbreaking demise of her cherished daughter, Lisa Marie Presley. In a recent discussion with The Hollywood Reporter, Priscilla recounted her last outing with her beloved daughter before her unexpected passing earlier this year.
The 78-year-old disclosed that the last event she attended with Lisa Marie was during the Golden Globe Awards event held on January 10. The two of them were present to support actor Austin Butler, who had secured the award for Best Actor in a Drama for his portrayal of Elvis in the film of the same name.

Priscilla shared that shortly after they arrived at the party, her daughter experienced a medical emergency, which required them to leave the event prematurely. “We had just gotten there, you go down all these stairs, I tripped a little bit because I had these high heels on, and she started laughing so hard. I started laughing. We hadn’t even had a drink yet. She goes, ‘Oh my God, Mom, you can’t even have a drink,’” Priscilla admitted to The Hollywood Reporter. “It was fun, a fun memory. Then we sat down and ordered drinks, and she says, ‘Mom, my stomach hurts really bad,’ we immediately got up and left.”
Priscilla Presley says she was aware that all was not well with her daughter, Lisa Marie Presley, during their last outing together
Priscilla stated that despite sensing something was wrong with her daughter when they left the party, she was taken aback when she later learned that Lisa Marie had been hospitalized. Sadly, the singer died before her mother arrived at the hospital, and Priscilla’s last memory of her alive is still from the award ceremony.
“I got right in the car, but she was already gone,” Priscilla confessed. “I still can’t believe it. I don’t wish this on any mother.”
