Madonna’s upcoming tour, Madonna: The Celebration Tour, which will be the singer’s 12th concert tour aimed at celebrating her four decades-long career and her achievements, is set to kick-off on July 15 and will run till January 30, 2024. The tour is slated to have 84 shows and will be held in cities in North America and Europe.
Recently, the 64-year-old took to her Instagram page to share some new photos of herself and behind the scene shots as she has been preparing tirelessly ahead for her performances. However, the pic garnered a lot of comments from netizens as the singer looked younger than her age.
The Queen of Pop shared a photo reel on her Instagram, which she captioned, “The Calm Before The Storm.” One of the pictures showed Madonna in a sleek all-black ensemble, comprising of an oversized Versace jacket, a form-fitting bodysuit, fishnet stockings, and a strikingly large baker boy hat.
Another photo showcased the singer wearing a black t-shirt that featured elegant white lettering with the phrase ‘Italians Do It Better.’ The corners of each distinct letter were embellished with a subtle sprinkle of sequins which added a touch of glamour.
Fans of the singer have eagerly shared their excitement about the upcoming tour, utilizing the comment section to express their opinions. “Madonna I need the ticket,” a fan wrote. “Please another show in Italy Sicily Palermo possibilmente vicino casa mia in modo che possa tornare a casa tranquillamente grazie.”
“I’ve loved Madonna for 30 plus years…as a kid, I made scrapbooks…joined fan clubs…dressed up, etc and my dream was always to go to her concert,” another fan wrote. “I know I never will…but this one will be amazing. My favourite concert was the Like a Virgin tour… myself and my best friend (who passed away at 15yrs) would know the songs and dance routines off by heart.”
“In 24 days and we will experience the greatest show on earth by the biggest female star in the planet you opening night Queen,” an Instagram user commented.
However, some others could not hide their admiration for the Queen of Pop. “Omg. Sensual. Hot. The woman above all others, I love my Queen and listen to her daily to make my day complete wonderful.”
