Actress, singer and director Barbra Streisand has had a successful career in the entertainment industry spanning over six decades. She is among the few stars with EGOT status — Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony winner. Beyond being an actress, Barbra does not skip out on family time.
The 80-year-old, who celebrated her birthday on April 24th, is a grandmother to four adorable grandkids — Eden, Chapel Grace, Trevor and Westlyn Reign — from her stepson, Josh Brolin. Here are some moments from Barbra’s bonding time with the grandchildren, especially Westlyn.
Barbra with Baby Westlyn
In March 2020, Barbra shared a photo on Instagram with her granddaughter Westlyn. The singer noted in the post that Westlyn’s first word, “hat,” was the same as her son’s, Jason, whom she shares with her ex-husband Elliot Gould.

More moments with Westlyn
In October 2020, her daughter-in-law shared a photo of the doting grandmother pulling Westlyn into the car with James nearby.
In another photo, Barbra was feeding Westlyn, who sat in the kitchen drawer, while two cute pups hung around. Barbra’s dogs were also featured in another post from July 2020, where the Funny Girl actress noted that the furry friends were “captivated by Westlyn.”
Barbra hangs out with Westlyn and Chapel
Barbra showed off her matching bracelets with her granddaughters Westlyn and Chapel and their mother Kathryn on her Instagram. “Matching bracelets…across generations!” she captioned the post.
The doting grandma also shared a photo of Chapel holding one of her albums, Release Me 2, calling the little baby her “biggest fan!”
Grandmother granddaughter relationship
Barbra once shared a lovely photo with Westlyn as a baby, with the caption, “We were at a restaurant but the most delicious thing was my granddaughter Westlyn!”
On Thanksgiving of 2019, Westlyn hung out with her grandmother and one of her dogs.
