Anthony Michael Hall recently revealed that he is about to be a dad! The 54-year-old and his wife Lucia Hall are currently expecting their first child together. The Out of Bounds star took to Instagram to share how he was excited and amazed at the way his wife gave him the news.
“Lucia and I were at home. She surprised me by revealing that she was pregnant with an at-home pregnancy test,” Michael Hall wrote in the caption. “We were kissing, hugging, and thanking God. We immediately started dancing and laughing in our bathroom to celebrate the great news.” Lucia also shared news about the pregnancy via Instagram on Tuesday, February 14, posting the photos from their PEOPLE magazine maternity shoot. “Happy Valentine’s Day from the 3 of us ❤️👶❤️,” she wrote in the caption.

Michael Hall and Lucia initially met in 2016 and they started a relationship. The pair went on to star in the 2017 film, War Machine. However, after about three years of dating, the couple got engaged. Michael Hall announced the engagement on Instagram posting pictures from their family trip to Italy.

The 54-year-old has heaped a lot of praise on his wife, Lucia for retaining her strength since the pregnancy. “She has been a champ throughout the pregnancy,” Michael Hall stated. “She’s tending to every important detail as a proud, expectant mother-to-be. She is now six-and-a-half months along.”
He further explained to People that he has also assumed more responsibilities since the time he knew his wife was pregnant. “As a new father-to-be, I’ve been taking care of family business and making sure we all eat well,” the Halloween Kills actor added. “With a healthy diet of good foods—plenty of greens, vegetables, fresh fruit, and protein-rich food. Lucia makes great smoothies for us. And we are all getting good sleep each night.”

Micheal Hall excitedly shared the sex of the child he and his wife are expecting later in the year. “My wife and I are feeling so blessed, excited, and filled with joy in anticipation of our son being born this summer.
