John Travolta Is “So Proud” Of “Level 3 Ninja” Son Ben And His Parkour Skills

There may not be any web-slinging involved but Ben Travolta could give Spider-Man a run for his money with his parkour abilities. John Travolta is one proud dad as he shares a new video of his son showing off his athleticism and a new ranking all that hard work has earned him.

Ben at just 11 has been building his acrobatic abilities and parkour skills at a local indoor adventure gym. Travolta, who is also the father of Ella Bleu, has shown other examples of Ben’s gymnastics skills, which are part of what’s being called ninja training.

On Wednesday, Travolta shared a video on Instagram starring Ben – and some impressive parkour. It is a montage of clips where Ben runs, jumps, and climbs through various obstacles. He is able to pull himself from one hand railing to another above. At one point, he is even climbing up an incline that bows out towards him; no ramp or stairs shortcut here!

“Ben just achieved a level 3 ninja,” Travolta captioned the post, “and I’m so proud.” This video follows an earlier one Travolta had shared where Ben engages in more free-running moves. That one shows more of Ben’s ability to run, leap, and turn without breaking his stride.

Catching up with the Travolta family

Among Travolta’s 4.5 million Instagram followers, there were plenty of stunned fans admiring what Ben was able to achieve. Among those supportive people was sister Ella, who commented with plenty of streamers and applause. Kristin Davis called it “Unreal!!!! So amazing!” Sharon Stone echoed this sentiment, saying, “GREAT GOING BEN.”

Travolta has called his son “My Spider-Man Ben.” As for sister Ella, she has long cultivated her skills and interests in the arts, especially music. She is releasing an EP in 2023 and has given her 637k Instagram followers some teasers of her melodious skills. As for dad, it’s been an emotional time, watching the kids come into their own while they all mourn Kelly Preston – and more recently the passing of his former co-star Olivia Newton-John. But Travolta and his family have been balancing personal happiness with respecting the memory of those they love and themselves. Hopefully, we continue to see Ben climbing to new heights, literally!
