Even while in her 60s, Sharon Stone still stuns. The Casino actress does not hold back flaunting her enviable bikini body in photos. And as if to prove the point, last year she wished her fans and followers a “Happy Summer” with a photo of her in yellow two-piece swimwear. The long legs and toned abs we knew from 30 years ago in her hit movies are just as lovely to look at today.
A beauty like her will surely get questions about how she maintains it all despite aging. The 1958-born movie icon does not hold back on her tips. She told The Wall Street Journal in a July 2021 profile, “My favorite breakfast is watermelon with feta cheese and mint, with olive oil and salt and pepper. And then, I usually have a piece of gluten-free sourdough toast with that and an herbal tea.”

Sharon also added that physical fitness is vital for her. “During COVID, I started devising different things that I just did for myself. I think squats are really important. If you do squats every day, that really does get your whole body together,” she added. “I was a martial artist when I was young. I haven’t practiced in decades, but I still like to do my punches.”

The actress works on her core muscles, along with her family — she says her sons keep her going on core exercises. “I like to plank, and I have young sons, so we do planking contests to see who can plank the longest. They can plank for half an hour,” she said.
Additionally, Sharon feels that getting adequate rest is important to maintain a healthy body. She also reveals that she “needs eight hours of sleep” per night. The actress recommends staying active throughout the day and fitting little exercises into daily life, not necessarily doing strenuous ones.
“People think that you have to go to the gym and you have to do 3,000 pounds of weight all the time, but you don’t. You have to move your body and add a little bit of resistance,” she told Vogue magazine. The 65-year-old actress even works out while in the bathtub, as she told Shape 2014: “Sometimes I do a series of standing leg lifts and circles in the tub, using the water as resistance.”
Since she is often seen in bikini photos, you can tell that she loves to swim to keep fit, too. “I find that the butterfly is a really great overall workout for me and a stroke that really works for my body overall,” she told Closer Weekly.

Most of Sharon’s photos feature her lounging in the pool in the backyard of her Beverly Hills home. She has also been seen in pictures from a “family boating day” on a Montana Lake, wearing a turquoise string bikini. Another photo features her relaxing on a boat in a patterned string bikini on the last day of a “corporate retreat.” From her photos, it seems she does have a thing for string bikinis.
