Ozzy Osbourne has officially dismissed rumors that he is dying even though he has serious health challenges. The 74-year-old revealed in a new interview on SiriusXM's Ozzy Speaks that he is perfectly fine and not on the verge of death. "This f**king press drive you nuts. I mean, I looked in the magazine, 'Ozzy's on his last legs.' I'm f**king not dying," he said. "Come on, guys. Haven't I've had it bad enough already? If I get OK today, if the doctor said to me today, 'Oh, you can tour,' it would take another six months to get it together, you know?" Ozzy Osbourne is eager to keep performing Instagram The Prince of Darkness who had major surgery in June 2022 further disclosed that he wants to get back on his feet performing as soon as possible."Well, I've been working my guts out to try and get back on my feet," Osbourne said. "I’ve come to the point where Sharon says to me, 'You know what, the truth of the marriage, you can't keep booking tours and failing, canceling.'" "So, if I can ever get back to where I can tour again, fine. But right now, if you said to me, ‘Can you go on the road in a month?’ I couldn't say, ‘Yes,’" he continued. "I mean, if I could tour, I'd tour," he explained. "But right now I can't book tours because right now, I don't think I could pull them off." He won the best metal performance and best rock album at the recent 2023 Grammy Awards. The 74-year-old revealed what the award meant to him while answering a question posed to him. "It's an award. It's, like, film has the Oscars — music has the Grammys," he said. "I'm not saying I don't like 'em, but I wish I could tour to back it up." Instagram The Prince of Darkness claims that bagging awards makes him happy nowadays. "Cause I'm sitting at home. I'm getting these awards, and okay," Osbourne said. "I don't mind it. It cheers me up a little bit for a few days."
