This sweet sixteen also means she's pulled up to a huge milestone and acquired her special permit to drive at age 16, provided she's addressing the training requirements to qualify. The requirements vary to a degree by state, and California, where Sweetin lives, demands that young drivers be at least 15 and a half years old, but under 18, and have a Certificate of Completion/Enrollment of Driver Education, according to the state's DMV.
