Michael J. Fox turned 63 on Sunday, and his wife of 35 years, Tracy Pollan, took to Instagram to celebrate with a heartwarming tribute. She shared a lone photo of Fox in a suit as he made a weird post on a ladder for a professional shoot and another of them both cozied up on a field.
Judging by Pollan’s caption, Fox’s birthday will be a summer-long celebration, and she unwaveringly considers him just as handsome in his sixties as he was decades ago. Fox responded to Pollan in the comments, letting the world know that he is “so lucky in love.”

Pollan’s post received loads of comments wishing her husband a happy birthday, while some complimented his youthful appearance. Actress Julian Moore kept her note short and simple, noting she loves Fox, while British actress and singer Hannah Waddingham called Fox “the OG!” and appeared to be arranging a meetup with Pollan, too.

Pollan was praised for being “the best wife” to Fox, with whom she shares four children— Sam Michael, Aquinnah Kathleen, Schuyler Frances, and Esme Annabelle. Users also admired their amazing family and wished them more years of togetherness. “You two and your family:) Happy birthday. I watched you fall in love on ‘Family Ties,’” someone quipped, referring to the ‘80s series that brought them together.
Pollan and Fox met while working on Family Ties, where the latter played Keaton and Pollan as Ellen Reed. Interestingly, they were both seeing other people at the time, but eventually got together while filming Bright Lights, Big City, and got married in 1988. Theirs is one of Hollywood’s longest-lasting marriages amid news of divorce and estrangement being common in the industry.
Pollan has proven to be a reliable support system to Fox, who was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 1991, and has been his primary caretaker through the years. Fox described their relationship as something out of a fairytale and channeled most of his attention on family and his Parkinson’s Research foundation.
