Donny Osmond marked Memorial Day by visiting his parents’ graveyard alongside family, including 10 of his 14 grandkids. The child star shared a group photo of the moment on his Instagram, and fans could not get over his resemblance with the adorable kids.
Donny’s grown-up children and the little ones were dressed in colorful casual outfits as they posed in the sun for the picture. He expressed how much he misses his mom and dad, Olive May and George Virl Osmond, and added that he knows “we will be together again someday.”

The heartwarming post went viral, and Donny’s followers took to the comments to empathize and wish him for Memorial Day. “Beautiful photo, Beautiful family. Thanks for sharing…,” someone wrote, while another noted that one of his grandkids looks like Donny’s brother, Merrill. “The boy next to the one in the blue shirt (3rd one down),” they specified.

Many commended Donny for taking time out with his family to observe Memorial Day and pay respects to the dead, noting that such practice is starting to fade out. “Thank you for a beautiful pic and memory. Hopefully, some children will still respect and remember their grandparents and what they did for us to live in America,” a user said.
Donny is one proud granddad who often shows off his children’s kids online. He once described his large family as “sweet chaos,” which he could not trade for anything. During a chat with PEOPLE last year, he discussed striking a balance between his celebrity status and being a grandfather, noting that he “consciously makes an effort to take a back seat” when around them.
He enjoys play-wrestling with them, which evokes an interesting reaction when they see him perform on stage. Donny is not looking to retire anytime soon, even after undergoing back and neck surgeries last year and recovering from a serious infection. He assured concerned fans and media houses that he is now “pain-free” and fit to continue performing for as long as possible.
