Priscilla Presley switched things up at a Beverly Hills hair salon for her birthday as she stepped out with a new look before spending the latter part of the day at a nearby Italian restaurant named Cipriani. She was spotted with new hot red locks, which bounced as she strolled out in a ribbed polo neck sweater and black pants after her appointment.
Priscilla later arrived at the luxury spot wearing a black long-sleeved top with matching pants and gold jewelry. She was joined by friends for the dinner celebration, after which she left with a bag of leftovers and made for her Ford Mustang.
Priscilla’s birthday comes amid legal issues
While Priscilla had a little birthday party, she is also fighting alongside her granddaughter, Riley Keough, against the sale of her late husband’s Graceland estate in Memphis, Tennessee. A certain Naussany Investments and Private Lending company claimed that Priscilla’s late daughter, Lisa Marie Presley, put the property down as collateral for an unmet $3.8 million debt before her passing.

This comes just after the estate was the subject of an alleged feud between Priscilla and Lisa Marie’s kids due to an amendment in the trust from 2016. Priscilla and a former business manager, Barry Siegel, were formerly named as co-trustees. However, Riley and her late brother Benjamin were revealed as replacements after Lisa Marie’s death. Priscilla disputed the “validity” of the documents but maintained that she was on good terms with Riley.

Graceland’s fate
The judge halted the foreclosure sale of the estate during the recent hearing at the Shelby County Chancery Court in Memphis, Tennessee, after which Riley “received an email from Gregory Naussany confirming they do not intend to move forward with their claim.” Judge Chancellor JoeDae L. Jenkins explained that the famous property “is considered unique under Tennessee law,” hence its sale “will be considered irreparable harm.”
Priscilla has expressed her desire to be buried in Graceland near Elvis Presley and their daughter Lisa Marie, having formed a longtime bond with the property since she moved in at 17. She is also credited with monetizing the estate by turning it into a tourist attraction site in 1982, thereby growing its value by about 5,000 percent today.
