Grace Kelley, the troubled daughter of renowned country music artist Wynonna Judd, and her first husband, Arch Kelley III, has garnered significant public interest due to her tumultuous history with substance abuse and encounters with law enforcement.
Recently, the 27-year-old has found herself in yet another legal trouble following her arrest by Alabama police on April 5. This time, Kelley faces charges of indecent exposure and obstructing government operations, further adding to the string of legal challenges she has encountered.
Wynonna Judd’s daughter was arrested for indecent exposure
Per reports, authorities in Millbrook, Alabama, apprehended a woman named Kelley following an incident where she allegedly exposed her breasts and lower body at the intersection of Interstate 65 and Highway 14. The law enforcement agent subsequently charged her to court for violating the state law.

The charging documents revealed that at the time of her arrest, the 27-year-old woman declined to provide her identity and was not compliant with the instructions given by the officers who responded to the scene.
Kelley’s recent arrest marks another setback in her tumultuous journey, characterized by a series of legal troubles dating back to 2016 when she was apprehended for possession of methamphetamine. By 2018, at 22, she faced a significant consequence: a sentence of eight years in prison. This sentence stemmed from her failure to comply with a court-mandated drug recovery program, resulting in a violation of her probation terms.
Despite her release from incarceration in December 2022, her freedom was short-lived. In May 2023, she found herself back behind bars, accused of breaching an order of protection and restraining order, as well as violating parole conditions. Once again, Kelley’s liberty was curtailed as she returned to confinement before she was eventually released in October.
