Pat Sajak’s daughter, Maggie Sajak, is taking over the official Wheel of Fortune Instagram account to chat with the College Week contestants. Both Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy! have a segment of time on their shows where they invite college students to participate as contestants. 26-year-old Maggie will be specifically speaking with the students about “all things college and Wheel.”
Maggie is no stranger to taking over things on the game show. Back in 2019, her father had to undergo a procedure that left him unable to host the show. Vanna White took over hosting duties, but Maggie stepped up to perform White’s position on the show.

Fans of the show can expect Maggie to take over the game show’s Instagram account on April 6th, 3 pm PST. Aside from occasionally helping out with Wheel of Fortune, Maggie is also forging her own career as a country musician. She released her first song “First Kiss” at just 16 years old.

She actually came to love country music through her father. Her dad previously worked in Nashville, TN as a news anchor before getting his current gig on Wheel of Fortune, so he’s pretty well-versed in the city of country music. Because he fell so in love with the genre of music, it would often play in their household as Maggie was growing up, and of course, she loved it, too.
