‘Dukes Of Hazzard’ Stars Send Love And Prayers To Catherine Bach Following Hospitalization

Fans of The Dukes of Hazzard are rallying around Catherine Bach after learning that she was hospitalized due to complications from surgery. The beloved actress, famous for playing Daisy Duke, is now recovering in Los Angeles. According to Parade, she developed an embolism after a recent procedure.

Tom Wopat, who played Luke Duke, expressed his concern in a touching Instagram post. He shared a throwback photo from their early days on the show and wrote, “Tom and the Wopat Webcrew are sending our heartfelt thoughts and prayers to Catherine Bach, who was recently hospitalized.” Fans quickly filled the comments with kind words and prayers for her full recovery.

Catherine Bach’s longtime friend and co-star John Schneider also shared an update. He assured fans that the actress is in good spirits and feeling optimistic. “She assures me that she is going to be fine,” he wrote. “She appreciates all our prayers and support.” His message brought comfort to the Dukes of Hazzard community, which still sees the cast as a family.

Meanwhile, Ben Jones, who played Cooter Davenport, and his wife, Alma, also reached out. They announced on Facebook that Catherine Bach was hospitalized and deeply regretted canceling her appearance at Cooter’s Place in Nashville. “She is so, so sorry,” they explained, asking fans to keep praying as she recovers. The couple, who run Dukes of Hazzard museums in Tennessee and Virginia, promised to share updates when she feels stronger.
