Britt Ekland now speaks proudly about her time as a Bond Girl and what the title means to her. She believes the ideal Bond Girl should have natural beauty, confidence, and athleticism. “It involves running, jumping, and a little bit of fighting,” she told the Times, reflecting on the physical side of the role.

In interviews, she has also noted how the Bond image has evolved. “I’m the proudest Bond girl there is because there are not a lot of us left,” she said in 2020. To Ekland, the Bond Girl represents strength and glamour, a combination that still captures the hearts of movie fans around the world.

Britt Ekland Now Embraces Aging With Grace

Britt Ekland now views aging as a beautiful part of life. She told Platinum Magazine that she feels “better than I have for many years.” Moreover, rather than wishing she could change the past, she now focuses on staying healthy and grateful. “It’s pointless complaining about it or wishing you could change,” she explained.

Her positive attitude keeps her youthful and fulfilled. “We’re all going in one direction, and there is nothing we can do about that,” she said. For Britt Ekland now, that direction includes family, laughter, and plenty of time with her dog, Bowie. Her story proves that confidence, joy, and love never fade with age.
