Garth recently teamed up with the brand ThirdLove to model their new line of bras and underwear made with volcanic minerals, which are designed to help with body temperature changes. That’s something she knows all too well. Menopause, she says, has been no joke.

“It’s a minefield,” she shared. “My body is fighting against me.” Between body pain, travel, and a busy schedule, working out hasn’t been easy.
