The Ultimate Hits album is exactly what the title suggests: Rod Stewart’s finest moments. From “Maggie May” and “Sailing,” to “Da Ya Think I’m Sexy?” and “Hot Legs,” the album rolls out classic after classic. Tracks like “Forever Young,” “The First Cut Is the Deepest,” and “Baby Jane” are also included. There are also songs like “You’re in My Heart,” “Rhythm of My Heart,” and “Tonight’s the Night” on the list, alongside “In a Broken Dream” and “Some Guys Have All the Luck.”
The album includes newer tracks like “Almost Like Being in Love” and “Ain’t Misbehavin’,” which appeared on his Swing Fever project with Jools Holland. To make the collection even more exciting, the album will be available in several collector’s editions, from a deluxe 2-CD pack to vinyl bundles, Blu-Ray versions, and even cassette tapes.
Rod Stewart is performing in the Glastonbury 2025 legends slot
As if the album wasn’t enough, Rod Stewart will also return to Glastonbury Festival this year, this time to take the spotlight in the prestigious Legends slot. The announcement thrilled longtime fans who’ve been hoping for his return to Worthy Farm. Stewart shared his excitement last year, making it clear that he’s ready to bring his energy back to the stage.
This, however, isn’t his first Glastonbury moment. Back in 2002, he headlined the festival alongside Coldplay and Stereophonics. Now at 80, he’s making history once again by becoming the first artist to play the Legends slot after previously headlining the main stage.
