Fans Come To Henry Winkler’s Defense Over His Remarks About The LA Fires

Henry Winkler came under fire on the internet for saying arsonists caused the Los Angeles fires “THERE IS an ARSONIST here in LA. May you be beaten you unrecognizable !!! The pain you have caused !!!” the actor wrote on his X account.

The Los Angeles Fire Department has yet to confirm his claims and neither did news outlets, while some accused Henry of stoking unnecessary panic. Amid the backlash on social media, a man got caught using a flamethrower near the Kenneth fires in Woodlands Hills, California.

Fans react to Henry Winkler’s LA fires theory as arson suspect gets caught

Although the suspect has yet to be charged, and it is unconfirmed whether his action was connected to the fires, Henry’s fans are demanding an apology on his behalf from those who called him a conspiracy theorist and a liar for his viral LA fires post. “Henry Winkler was RIGHT!” someone exclaimed.

Some people continued to dispute Winkler regardless, saying it was better to tell the cops about his assumption directly rather than announce it to the world. “To insinuate someone to the world is very dangerous! If I were them I definitely would be looking into suing you,” they raged.

What is the update on the LA fires?

As the fires continue to spread across Southern California, the death toll has reportedly risen to about 25, with the Santa Ana winds set to become worse. As of Monday morning, over 40,000 acres have been affected by the wildfires, with the firefighters only able to contain it by less than 50% in Eaton, Altadena, and Pasadena combined.

The panic continues as celebrities lament the loss of their property while others request donations to assist affected persons. “Now is the time to meet and share a hug more than ever,” Henry said in response to a tweet about a Happy Days cast meet-and-greet intended to raise funs for the fire victims.
