Lisa Marie Presley’s twins Finley and Harper Lockwood remember their late mom
Lisa Marie birthed her youngest children, Finley and Harper, on October 7th, 2008. All grown up, they had their first red carpet-experience in 2017 and have made minimal public appearances since then. According to OK magazine, the girls prefer life away from the public eye.
After Lisa’s death, the kids moved in with their father, Michael Lockwood, who now has full custody of them. They are permitted to spend time with their grandmother, Priscilla Presley, and big sister Riley Rough. Michael said in a statement following Lisa’s death that his priority at this time is to take care of his girls.
A look back at Lisa Marie Presley’s passing
Lisa died in January 2023 at the age of 54 following a cardiac arrest at her home in Calabasas, California. According to the autopsy report, she died from a small bowel obstruction caused by a bariatric surgery she had undergone. Lisa’s last appearance in public was at the 80th Golden Globes awards which she attended with Priscilla.
The late star was buried shortly after, with a major legal battle ensuing over Graceland’s estate. Her mother, Priscilla Presley, filed court documents disputing the 2016 amendment to Lisa Marie’s living trust, which named Riley as sole trustee. Thankfully, they have found a middle ground, with Priscilla receiving compensation and Riley taking over the estate.
