Jamie shared that she suggested a creative twist for the shoot, which were two photos with one that would show her natural and the other fully glammed up, detailing the time and effort it takes to reach that idealized image. Her goal was to expose the gap between real life and the glossy images women are constantly compared to.

Jamie’s fight for natural beauty got even more personal when she joined Pamela Anderson’s makeup-free revolution. Pamela made headlines for proudly attending Paris Fashion Week in late 2023 without a trace of makeup. Jamie was inspired by her friend’s boldness and posted a bare-faced selfie on Instagram for her 66th birthday.
