Mick Jagger’s youngest son, Deveraux, turned 7 on Friday, and his girlfriend Melanie Hamrick took to Instagram to show off and celebrate the little boy. She shared a carousel featuring selfies of herself, Jagger, and Deveraux as they enjoyed family time on a beach.

When discussing fatherhood with The Guardian last year, Mick admitted that Deveraux enjoyed his attention the most among his eight kids because the pandemic hit a few years after he was born. Having had children at nearly every point in his life, the rocker thinks active parenting is fun at any age.
He added that he has become more carefree and is learning to allow his children’s personalities to shine through without being too rigid in raising them. Mick still gets ample time with Deveraux, who tags along on his travels with Melanie. The 37-year-old is giving their son the best of both worlds by letting him see the world young while his tutor joins the trips.
