Former Home Improvement star Zachery Ty Bryan is making the news again following his recent arrest after being caught driving under the influence. Bryan’s Adult life has been filled with many troubles as the 43-years-old keeps engaging in illegal activities or breaking the law.
It’s sad to see Bryan’s life spiral out of control, and it seems the actor is just living life as it comes. This is the second time Bryan has been arrested for DUI this year, and his recent encounter and interaction with the law enforcement agents made it obvious that it seems the actor needs to get some help as he claimed to “like to drink.”

For his recent DUI, Bryan was spotted by a highway patrol policeman sleeping in his car with the engine turned off and parked safely; however, the law enforcement officer kept watch on him until he woke up and started his car. A few minutes into the drive, Bryan was flagged down for a routine traffic stop.
In the recently released dashcam footage from Bryan’s arrest, the actor didn’t consent to undertake Oklahoma’s sobriety test, and this led the police officer to process him for an arrest. Bryan told the police officer that he tried his best not to commit any crime and he “thought he was doing the right thing.” That was why he parked by the roadside and took a nap, so his body can get rid of the alcohol.

The officer in charge of Bryan’s arrest explained that his behavior is a “public safety” concern as he poses a threat to other road users. Bryan tried to make his case further by explaining that he was trying to get out of California as soon as possible as he “hates that place,” hence why he might have committed any traffic offense.
If Bryan continues to live a reckless life, very soon, his illegal activities will catch up with him, and he might be incarcerated for a long time. As regards his recent arrest, he is still awaiting trial, and hopefully, he will get a chance to straighten his life.
