Kevin Costner reportedly looked frozen during a recent reunion with his Bull Durham co-star Susan Sarandon, in Italy. It has been nearly four decades since Kevin played Crash Davis in the hit movie, but he is still trying to look as good as then at 69.
His excess plastic surgery procedures and Botox have raised concerns, especially among his friends, who are now taking steps to help him. A source speculated that he likely turned to Botox because he could not go any further under the knife, hence why his face is stiff.

Although the Western movie star has yet to address the plastic surgery allegations, the insider noted that he began looking different after his divorce from Christine Baumgartner last year, after 18 years together. With his sudden focus on looking good, he is likely trying to get back on the dating market.
The source added that Kevin’s appearance would not have gotten so bad if Christine had been in his life because she would have helped him achieve a more natural result. The 50-year-old favors plastic surgery herself, as legal reports claimed she spent over $188,000 monthly on procedures.
Kevin Costner movie flop
Aside from his publicized failed marriage, Kevin is also going through a rough patch in his career, which may have contributed to his cosmetic procedure run. He left Taylor Sheridan’s hit series Yellowstone due to scheduling conflicts with his passion project drama Horizon, which ended up performing poorly at the box office.
Kevin put heart and soul into Horizon, investing about $35 million out of pocket, while being the writer, director, producer, and starring actor on the Civil War-era series. The show debuted in May, featuring other stars like Sienna Miller, Sam Worthington, and Giovanni Ribisi.
