Riley’s post received over a hundred thousand likes, and thousands of reactions in the comments as fans of the celebrity family were moved by the visual storytelling. They did not hold back on commending Riley for finishing her late mother’s work and sharing it with the world.
A follower told the 35-year-old that she shares the same beautiful and gentle soul as Lisa Marie, and praised her for being an epitome of strength and grace since her demise in January 2023. “I am sure she is so proud of you. I know we all are,” they added.
The video not only showed Elvis and little Lisa Marie but also Priscilla Presley, who split from her father in 1973. All grown up, Riley is grateful to show the world who her mother truly was beyond glamorous photos and the Presley household name.
The memoir will also cover Lisa Marie’s tumultuous relationship with Priscilla, and her previous marriages to the King of Pop, Michael Jackson, Nicolas Cage, Michael Lockwood and finally Danny. She also got vulnerable about losing her only son, Benjamin, to suicide in 2020.
