Months later, fans and supporters made a trip back to the gravesite where some new flower bouquets containing heartfelt notes adorned the space. “Whoever had you in their life was better off, Brave Matthew, love always and forever be missed. HUGE honest heart. Never giving up. Thanx for making us laugh, Dear FRIEND,” one of the notes reads.
Further investigations
Ever since the unfortunate incident, there have been ongoing investigations into the circumstances surrounding Perry’s death. The latest update named his assistant, Kenneth Iwamasa, as a suspect after his means of providing Perry with ketamine were exposed.
Kenneth allegedly bought over $55,000 worth of the drug with the help of others, including Jasveen Sangha, also known as the “ketamine queen,” Dr. Salvador Plasencia, Dr. Mark Chavez, and drug broker Erik Fleming. The five-person ring illegally supplied the late film star with ketamine, which eventually led to his death.
