Since experiencing a life-threatening health challenge that led to two heart surgeries, Lucci has been more critical of what goes into her body. She now follows a Mediterranean diet consisting of veggies, whole grains, and vegetables, however, she indulges in eggs, poultry, cheese and the like.

To keep her body active, Lucci works out multiple times a week. She also enjoys Pilates, having bought a Pilates Pro chair to help her complete her sessions at home. She ensures that she prioritizes daily physical activity and tries not to miss her 10 moves a day on the Pilates machine.
