Frasier fans are in for a delightful experience with Frasier 2.0, as one of the fan-favorite actors will be coming back to the show. Perl Gillin’s character, Roz Doyle, who made a guest appearance in 2021, will also be making more major appearances in season two.

The Executive Vice President of Programming at Paramount, Jeff Grossman, assured anticipating viewers that Dan Butler, who played sports radio host Bob “Bulldog” Briscoe, Edward Hibbert, and Harriet Sansom Harris, who was Frasier’s agent, will be showing up.

Upon learning about a favorite character’s upcoming appearance, fans have had their sights on Niles and Daphne, however agent Bebe Glazer is the person in question. Played by Harriet Sansom Harris, Bebe appeared in just 11 episodes of the original, but her impact was significant to Dr. Frasier’s life.

‘Frasier’ again

Two decades after the last episode of Frasier, Kelsey Grammer decided to revive the beloved series, although this did not come off as a good idea to some at the time. The reboot simply shows Dr. Crane’s life after moving back to Boston.  Kelsey called Frasier 2.0 a love story and has no regrets about showing a new side to Dr. Crane after so many decades.

Sadly, David Hyde Pierce has stood his ground about not returning as Niles Crane, who was a pivotal character on the show. He simply moved on from the sitcom and feels the old and new actors on ground are more than enough. Kelsey was quite disappointed but salvaged the situation by modifying the script to fit Niles’s not being present.
