Jane Seymour is basking in her newly found romance with John Zambetti, whom she started dating last year. The 73-year-old recently shared some tips for single women her age who seek to recreate the bliss she now enjoys.
The ex-Bond girl gave her strange advice while speaking with Fox News Digital, telling older ladies to “stop looking” for love. After her last relationship with David Green crashed, Jane stayed “intentionally single” for a while before Zambetti came her way.

The Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman star lived by her own tip as she was “happily alone, not eagerly looking” before meeting her beau. As she often does, Jane gushed about her love life during the 24th Annual Beverly Hills Film Festival at TCL Chinese 6 Theater in Hollywood, Los Angeles, praising her boyfriend for being loving, supportive, and amazing.

Zambetti could be seen taking her photo off-camera, proving her claims that he is her biggest fan. She also reciprocates by supporting his music and performance career as well. The mother of six has no regrets about leaving the single life to be with Zambetti, whose children also love her. “Well, our kids put us together,” Zambetti admitted last year. “So we certainly don’t have to worry about the kids not approving of who we were with.”
In her contribution to Cosmopolitan’s Sex After 60 series, Jane got candid about her sex life, which is only getting better as she ages. The film icon noted that the chemistry between herself and Zambetti also translates to the bedroom, where they share “wonderful and passionate” moments. She credits her years of experience and Zambetti’s for their improved intimacy, noting that “it’s not like when you’re younger.”
The screen icon also admonished the younger generation to build emotional connections and solve life’s problems with significant others rather than strip down so soon. “People have sex first and then say, ‘Oh, by the way, hello. How do you do?’” she joked, adding that postmenopausal sex is also more freeing because there is no fear of pregnancy.
