Catherine Zeta-Jones’ daughter Carys Zeta Douglas celebrated her 21st birthday wearing her mother’s pink slip dress from 1999’s MTV Movie Awards ceremony. Carys looked like a younger version of Catherine as she rocked the chic lacey dress with minimal jewelry and her brunette hair swooped to the side.
The young actress took to Instagram with photo slides from her anniversary celebration with the caption, “The most perfect 21st I could ask for!” Fans were soon in her comments wishing her a happy birthday and gushing over how cute it was that she stole Catherine’s ‘90s look.

The celebrant’s dad, Michael Douglas also shared a birthday tribute on Instagram with a photo of himself and Carys at the 2023 Cannes Film Festival, where he received the Palme d’Or award. “Happy 21 my darling Carys! You bring me and the world such happiness,” his caption reads, to which Carys responded, “I love you so much Dadda! Thank you for your being the best dad in the world.”
Catherine and her estranged husband Douglas raised Carys to be well-acquainted with fame, although the 21-year-old admitted to struggling with the attention and paparazzi in the past. The Addams Family actress once poked fun at Carys, comparing her to TV daughter Wednesday Addams, played by Jenna Ortega. “I have had a Wednesday Addams in my life for 19 years and 9 months,” she stated at the time.

She has accompanied Catherine to several high-profile events featuring designers like Michael Kors, Dolce & Gabbana, and Fendi. “Fashion has been so important in my life because my mom is like a fashion icon to me. I’m always looking through her closet,” she once admitted.
