Elizabeth Hurley always proves herself ageless with little to no effort, and this time, she has left her fans in awe with a recent Instagram post. The 58-year-old was at VIVAMAYER Maria Wörth health resort on Lake Altaussee, Austria, where they took a relaxing break in their sauna.

She posed on a wooden bench while wearing a neon pink swimsuit from her beachwear line, Elizabeth Hurley Beach. “May the exercise, detox, and healthy eating commence,” her caption reads. Her followers could not get enough of her as they soon raved about her beauty in the comments.

Abbey Clancy, who has worked for Avon and Charlotte Tilbury, called her an “absolute perfection.”

Hurley is one to take beauty tips from as she has managed to maintain her youth well into her 50s. The mother of one credits her diet, fitness, and therapeutic activities to the one she had during her getaway. A few days before her sauna shot, she expressed her excitement about going to the resort where she hoped “to learn more about trying to get as healthy as possible.”

She also practices healthy eating and avoids food with many chemicals or additives. “I think one of the most transformative things that I’ve done is making 50% of what I eat vegetable matter,” she said, sharing one of her hacks with the UK’s Sunday Times in 2021. “You have a slice of toast for breakfast, have an apple, too. Counteract everything with vegetables.”
