Each year marks a new milestone for the next generation of the Osbourne family. Last November, Kelly Osbourne celebrated the birth of her son Sidney, and this year the growing family has more to be thankful for as Kelly celebrates not just her second Thanksgiving as a mother but also baby Sidney growing his first tooth.
Sidney is Kelly’s first son with Slipknot musician Sid Wilson. The two had been friends since crossing paths in the music scene back in 1999 and they started dating early in 2022. In the immediate aftermath of Sidney’s birth, Kelly, 39, established some firm boundaries when it came to sharing information about the little one, carefully managing how much he ended up in the spotlight.

On Friday, Kelly took to Instagram to share a photo of her and baby Sidney flashing a toothy grin. “We got a tooth,” she cheered in the caption. Her mom, Sidney’s grandmother, 71-year-old Sharon Osbourne, shared the image to her own Instagram Stories in celebration.

Sidney is just a little over a year old now, making November a time of abundant gratitude in their household. “This past year has been the most magical year of my life for one reason,” Kelly said, marking his first trip around the sun. “That reason is you, baby Sidney. To watch you grow, learn and become a little man is the greatest joy I have ever felt.”

Baby Sidney has been a source of great joy for Kelly, as well as great fear. “I’m a mom now, I love it,” she gushed, adding, “It’s the best thing that has ever happened to me.”
But with that greatness comes worry. “It’s scary as f— because you don’t want to make a mistake,” she continued. “It’s all these little tiny things and these mistakes that you ultimately make because you can’t learn unless you make a mistake. It’s just unfortunate that you have to do it with a baby.”
Mom Sharon has tried encouraging Kelly to take time for just herself, but it’s an uphill battle for the first-time mom. “I try and do it, and the next thing I know, I’m sneaking out the back door to go home to be with my baby,” she shared.
Back in September, Kelly revealed to E! News that Sidney just about started crawling!
