Hoda Kotb’s daughters, Haley Joy and Hope Catherine, graced the Thanksgiving special episode of the Today show recently. Their cousins Ella and Hannah were also present to help Hoda and her co-host, Jenna Bush Hager, play the Thanksgiving edition of the “Yuck or Yum” game. “It is a special morning because my whole family is here!” the media personality exclaimed.
The hosts and the visiting little girls tried several holiday dishes which they judged to be yuck or a yum as the game required. Haley and Hope also appeared in the segment where their mother told Jenna about the “special signal” she does on screen as a reminder that she’s thinking of them.

Haley had her share of two full-size scoops of Baskin-Robbins’ Flavor of the Month, Turkey Day Fixin’s ice cream alongside Hoda and Jenna, who were equally satisfied with the treat. Next was Hope, who brought a plate of Campbell’s Soup and Phillip Ashley’s limited-edition Holiday Sides Truffles. The show hosts gave the Green Bean Casserole candy and truffle-flavored-like Stuffing a try, which ended in disappointment.

Lastly, Ella and Hannah served up some Aura Bora Green Bean Casserole sparkling waters, which was met with mixed feedback from Hoda and Jenna. Fans were delighted to have special guests on the food-tasting segment of the show as they left sweet comments on social media.
Jenna and Hoda’s code
During the show, Hoda and Jenna then went on the reveal their codes for each other. “What I usually do for Jenna, and she does it for me too, is on the air, before we go on, there’s usually lipstick right here,” Hoda said, pointing to her front teeth and pretending to wipe lipstick off it.
“I told her that might be too dramatic. But I’m into it. So, will you really do that?” her partner asked, followed by Hoda asking to be dared. “I triple dog dare you,” Jenna joked.
