Jennifer Aniston Shows Off Super Toned Abs In Workout Video

Jennifer Aniston made her first post since mourning Matthew Perry’s death with a heartfelt tribute last week. The A-list actress put her toned abs on display in a gray bra top and leggings as she worked out with Pvolve founder Rachel Katzman to promote her partnership with the brand.

Jennifer’s post came last among the Friends cast, who each poured out their heart for their late co-star. “Oh boy, this one has cut deep. Having to say goodbye to our Matty has been an insane wave of emotions that I’ve never experienced before,” she wrote. “Rest, little brother. You always made my day.”

Pvolve improved Jennifer’s workout

Jennifer claims Pvolve has changed her approach to fitness after years of “breaking her body.” Rachel also shared the videos to her Instagram story as she urged her followers to join their workout. “4 weeks of mine and @jenniferaniston favorite classes. Come workout with us @pvolve,” she wrote. The 54-year-old actress shared that the low-impact, resistance-based equipment from the brand is an innovation she “instantly fell in love with.”

Earlier this year, Jennifer praised Pvolve and assured her fans of excellent results from them. “So proud to support our female founder and the beyond talented trainers. This is one of my favorite workouts… and I’m so grateful for the team and excited for what’s to come,” she said. “Pvolve users achieve not only aesthetic results, mobility, and stability but also feel more confident and energized.”

More on Jennifer’s favorite fitness brand

Beyond promoting Pvolve, Jennifer has come to love its impact on her body after incorporating the P.ball, P.band, and P.3 Trainer into her routine. “With this program, you can start gentle. You can restore your body,” she explained, buttressing her Pvolve trainer, Dani Coleman’s address on Daily Mail. “Our on-demand library offers classes across a variety of lengths and levels so you can start slow and work your way to more advanced training,” he told the outlet.

Jennifer started the program two years ago to help “strengthen and restore” her body after a back injury. “As we get into our lovely older periods, we have to keep it exciting. And we have to be kinder to our bodies,” she said. “If I had known about it 20 years ago when I was breaking my body to begin with, we would’ve saved so much pain. I just want more people to know about it because I think it’s so good.”
