Disney Guests Are Apparently Relieving Themselves On The Ground While Waiting In Line For Rides

Disney World has experienced its fair share of controversies over the years. In 2016, the park implemented changes to its ticket structure, and this caused a stir among visitors and fans who felt the new fare was outrageous.

Recently, Disney World has found itself again at the center of a somewhat demeaning report that is making rounds on the internet as some Disney guests raised concerns about other visitors seemingly disregarding basic hygiene standards during their visit.

The report further highlighted that some of the park’s visitors are apparently pooping on the ground while waiting in line for rides. The severity of the issue has prompted some affected park-goers to take to social media platforms to share details of their unsettling experiences.

“I am in the queue for [Rise of the Resistance at Disney World] – someone let their kid take a dump on the floor, and then they just walked out and left it- WTF?” someone wrote on Reddit. “For the skeptics… this actually happened. Fun fact: this was one of 3 s—t-related incidents at Rise today, less fun fact: I was here for all 3 of them,” another person corroborated the claim.

Former staff of DisneyWorld say it is actually not a new thing

In response to the post, some former Disney employees shared their experiences during their time with the organization. They emphasized that such incidents are not entirely novel, as they’ve been happening over the years, albeit with limited media attention. “As a former CM, that’s not unusual, sad to say,” a former staff wrote. “We had people tell their kids to go potty behind our stand, even when the bathroom was across the way.”

“I can double confirm this stuff happens, I was a custodial CM at Hollywood Studios back in 2018 and had to clean urine and vomit off of RNRC twice in like half an hour,” a second staff commented. “I got one code cleaned, and then just as I had left and got everything put away, the coordinator called me again and asked if I was still there, and I got to do it again.”
