Goddess of Pop Cher makes the list for this year’s Macy’s Thanksgiving parade alongside other A-list performers. Recently, the department store chain announced on its Instagram account that Cher is billed to round off the official show and also feature in the last part of the broadcast, where Santa arrives in his sleigh to mark the official beginning of the Christmas season.
“It wouldn’t be the #MacysParade without seeing some familiar faces,” the Instagram post caption reads while featuring footage showing the list of artists set to perform at the event. “@DeannaGiulietti gives us a sneak peek at the epic talent you’ll spot in this year’s Parade!”

South Korean boy band ENHYPHEN will also be present at this year’s parade alongside Americana Band, Drew Holcomb, and the Neighbors.
Is Cher going to perform her first-ever Christmas album?
In July this year, Cher hinted that she was working on a Christmas record, and in September the singer unveiled the album artwork on her Instagram with the caption, “Are you spending Christmas with me?” Her fans trooped to the comment section expressing their happiness about the news, with one writing, “All I want for Christmas is @cher!”
Although Cher hasn’t said anything about what song she will perform at Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, her fans would be really happy to see her perform something from her first-ever Christmas album as the 13-song set has been ranking high on Billboard’s Top Holiday Albums.
