Melanie Griffith has been unlucky in her marriages, but the universe has been kind to her as she welcomed three children (Dakota Johnson, Alexander Bauer, and Stella Banderas) during her three failed relationships. All her children have followed in her footsteps, with Alexander forging his path behind the scenes producing movies.
Recently, the proud mom celebrated her daughter, Stella, from her marriage to Antonio Banderas as she took to her Instagram page to post some special moments of her and Stella on her 27th birthday.
The carousel started with a photo showing a warm-hearted Melanie starring at Stella during her childhood, followed by several photos of Stella over the years. The photo reel continued with a big family picture featuring Stella, Melanie, and her half-sister, Dakota, while the last photo featured a grown-up Stella hugging Melanie.
“Happy Birthday, my beautiful Stella! Since the day you were born, you have brought so much love, compassion, and joy to our family and into the world,” Melanie captioned the post. “I love you with all of my heart. I’m honored to be your Mama. ♥️♥️♥️ @stellabanderasgriffith.”
Melanie’s fans took to the comment section to celebrate Stella, while others adore the bond between the mother and daughter. “Perfect combination of both beautiful parents! Happy birthday!” a fan wrote. “Happy bday, Stella! We love you, Melanie, what nice and nostalgic pics Miss you! Sending lots of love to you, Alexander, Dak, Stella, and Jesse.”
Other users also commented on the resemblance between the mother and daughter. “Stella was a beautiful Baby! She looks like you and your lovely Mother! But I think she has her Daddy’s Eyes! Wishing Stella a very Happy Birthday,” they said. “You look just like your Mum when she was in The Birds and Marnie! So beautiful,” someone else added.
