Christopher Schwarzenegger’s weight-loss journey was motivated by a college goal

In an interview with Hollywood Life, a source revealed that Christopher’s remarkable transformation was sparked by a goal he set before he graduated from The University of Michigan. He was focused on achieving a healthier lifestyle rather than working towards a specific weight target as he prepared to accept his diploma.

“He started working out and making better food choices,” the source confessed. “He was away at school living like a typical college kid for a few years, but he’s growing up now and ready to take better care of himself.”
