Patrick Duffy is popularly known for his role as Bobby Ewing on the 1978 to 1991 CBS primetime soap opera, Dallas. The Hollywood star, who has appeared in various iconic shows, is also a doting father to his two sons, Padraic and Conor, who he shares with his late wife, Carlyn Rosser. Patrick tied the knot with Carlyn, his only wife, in 1974 and in the same year they welcomed their first son, Padraic. Four years later, the couple birthed their second son.

Patrick and Carlyn were together for 43 years before she passed away at the age of 78 in 2017. Ever since, his children and their families have become his companions, “His sons and their families are over all the time. He hates being alone, so they’re a wonderfully close family. He loves having them around,” an insider disclosed to Closer in 2019.

Padraic has also delved into writing as he wrote a short play, Me, You, a Bag And Bamboo, in 2009. The writer also tried his hands at acting with his debut in Dallas, the same show his dad starred in. However, it was a brief stint as he preferred managing performers instead. He married actress Emily Koloski in May 2009 and they have two children.

Conor Duffy

Born in 1980, the youngest son of Carlyn and Patrick took the same Hollywood route as his father. Conor began his acting career at an early age as he appeared as little JR Ewing on Dallas in 1991. He has also appeared in various movies including From a Place of Darkness and Falling in Love With the Girl Next Door, as well as TV series Arrested Development and The Mick.

The University of Washington graduate is also a husband and a father. He tied the knot with Emily Cutler in 2006 and they have two children together, Fiona and Maxwell.
