Kelly Ripa Proudly Shares Makeup-Free Selfie On Instagram

Kelly Ripa recently shared a photo of herself to Instagram and it was a proud, shameless, makeup-free selfie! “Blondish. A new series maybe? Coming this fall to #abc,” she jokes in the caption. In the photo, she and her hair-stylist both strike a pose for the social media selfie. She has a towel draped over her shoulders as it appears she is getting her hair colored.

Ripa has also been generally pretty confident about the way she looks. It’s clear she encourages the natural look for all women, no matter your age, size, etc. Natural looks are the way to go!

Ripa has jokingly expressed concerns about her body in comparison to her husband’s. “I would need a plastic surgeon [to get that] shredded and glistening [look],” she jokes, talking about her husband Mark Consuelos.

“Whereas Mark just needs to not drink half-and-half for one cup of coffee,” she says. “He’s like, ‘Oh I didn’t drink half-and-half and then I took a steam shower. I think I look pretty good, what do you think?’ I’m like, ‘I can’t talk to you anymore.’ That’s a bunch of B.S. It’s nonsense.”

Ripa’s self-care/fitness routine

According to Fox News, Ripa has also taken up a new fitness routine! She works out almost every single day because staying active is super important for everyone to do. Ripa allegedly takes cardio-based danced classes called AKT for 2 hours, at least 4-5 times per week. She also does spin classes at Soul Cycle on the weekends. We think she’s doing a great job of keeping herself in tip-top shape!

Regardless of what Kelly Ripa does in her spare time, we’re glad she’s trying to stay as healthy as possible. And she looks fabulous doing it with that makeup-free selfie look!
