Amidst an absence of formal updates and sightings surrounding Kate Middleton, a video has reportedly been shared now of Middleton announcing that she has been diagnosed with cancer. In the video, she also informs viewers that she is undergoing preventative chemotherapy. The video was released on Friday and comes two months after Middleton underwent "major" abdominal surgery for intense pain. The cancer was discovered in post-operative tests after that same procedure earlier this year. Here is her statement.
