A 65-year-old grandma, personal coach, and fitness guru, Lesley Maxwell, is taking the internet by storm with her appearance, a testimony to her healthy lifestyle. The health and fitness enthusiast says with proof that “age is just a number” as she showed off her bikini body occasionally. In one of her posts, Lesley posed with her granddaughter as they each held a dumbbell. She informed med fans via the caption that they both “share a love for health, fitness, and apparel.” In no time, her followers flocked to the comments section to share their thoughts, particularly about Leslie's resemblance to the pretty young lady. “Who is one, and who is the other?” someone asked. “Gorgeous! Very inspiring to your beautiful granddaughter,” another added, with more agreeing that Lesley was setting a good precedent for her generation. I just felt like lounging around this morning. However, I’ve definitely made up for it this afternoon! Do you ever have days like this?” she asked, to which a cocky fan responded, “Well, all have days like this every once in a while. It would only be more amazing spending it with you.” Three generations of fitness Lesley loves working out at the gym with her daughter Vanessa Christofi and grandkid Tia. She is “passionate about helping people to be healthier, happier, and feel young and sexy at any age.” She credits intense physical activity as the secret to her youthful looks, leaving people shocked at her age. She does photoshoots with her daughter and granddaughter, and fans do not hesitate to gush about their similarities despite the considerable age gap. “People are always surprised to learn that we are actually three totally different generations of a family. However, we always have a wonderful time together—chatting, having a laugh, and training. I’m so b essed to have such a lovely family,” the exercise advocate gushed. It strengthens our bones and helps us tone our body by adding muscle," she explained. "I’d love to see more women of all ages lifting weights. It’s the anti-aging way to train.” Lesley also shared her routine, which involves “four weight-training sessions a week” and some add-ons during training sessions. “As I’m a trainer and in the gym most days, you could say that I get some incidental exercise as I’m often carrying the weights or ’spotting’ my clients,” she shared. Her diligence has also paid off, as she has been named world champion and has been in over 30 figure competitions so far.
