Not colleagues but companions, Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler stay in each other's orbit all year every year. In fact, Sandler has been privy to knowledge about a medical battle Aniston endured and he's devotedly sent her tokens of appreciation every year in response. "We were friends before Friends," reflected Aniston in 2019. So, they were friends for some time when Aniston started having fertility troubles, wishing desperately to have a baby. Not only is the gesture itself a mark of the lasting friendship between these two - but so is the very fact that Sandler knows of what Aniston went through. It was a challenging road for me, the baby-making road," she shared of a journey that was, for the most part, kept overwhelmingly private. In her 2022 interview with Allure, she continued, "All the years and years of speculation. It was really hard. I was going through IVF, drinking Chinese teas, you name it. I was throwing everything at it. I would’ve given anything if someone had said to me, ‘Freeze your eggs. Do yourself a favor.’ You just don’t think it. So here I am today. The ship has sailed." But immediately after finding out about Aniston's IVF struggles, Sandler started this sweet tradition.
