Kay McConaughey said she has a positive attitude toward life, eats well, and performs regular exercise. She does “pilates for one hour” four days a week to help her keep fit. However, her biggest secret is that she does not stress over other people’s situations, especially when it is beyond her control.
Then, she disapproved of women’s habit of assuming they had to put everything in its right place. She has always stayed away from “stress,” even when she was much younger. However, this is not all that keeps the actress 93 years young! She has been training virtually with trainer Nonna Gleyzer since 2020 and has made significant progress.
Kay eats healthy meals as part of her youthful secrets. She avoids sweets but takes wine from Kendall Jackson with caution, a glass at 5 o’clock, and another when going to bed. She enjoys eating seafood and chicken, as well as her daughter-in-law Camila’s coleslaw and red meat at her son’s home.

Matthew McConaughey’s mom also said that Dallas Buyers Club is her favorite movie of her son. He recently received an Academy Award for his role as Ron Woodroof in the movie. Woodruff discovered he had AIDS and could not live more than 30 days.
Then, he sought an alternative and began to sell illegal drugs to fight the disease. While giving his acceptance speech, Matthew McConaughey expressed his gratitude to his mom, who taught his brothers and him to respect themselves and others.
