As celebrities flooded social media with their Halloween costumes, Courteney Cox did not leave her fans out of the fun as she showed up reminiscent of a character from her hit movie Scream 3. She shared a clip showing herself in a purple suit and a weird-looking hairstyle as she made both of her King Charles Cavalier Spaniels pose as Ghostface.
Cox’s post received hundreds of thousands of likes and many comments referring to her Scream character, Gale Weathers. “Gale became a Halloween tradition,” someone reacted while others could not hold back laughing from how hilarious Cox’s hair looked.

While bangs are a good look on most people, Scream 3’s Gale wore hers too short, and Cox admits she still feels embarrassed about the haircut. She revealed on The Drew Barrymore Show that she loved to come up with ugly hairstyles for each role reprisal; however, the bangs remain the worst.
She also clarified that the bangs were just clip-ins, and her long hair was still intact. While the scream queen’s hair got spookier with more sequels, Cox’s hair in real life was something to admire as she knew how to switch things up from color to style.

Cox sported her deep brunette blowouts that sat elegantly on her shoulders as Monica Geller on Friends. Before then, she wore her hair short to the trendy shaggy curls to play Gloria Dinallo in Misfits Of Science. The early 2000s saw Cox go for minimalist side or center parts with her hair let down.
Although she has not explored colors beyond her normal brunette, she does her touch-ups at home, noting that she does not have much gray hair. Lately, Cox prefers to wear her hair in simple beachy curls falling to her shoulders. Her last Halloween appearance was a witty move as she fed into her follower’s nostalgia.
