The 79-year-old brought sass and confidence to the streets of New York, where she struck multiple poses with the classy pieces. Her gray loose curls added a gorgeous contrast to her ensemble, which mostly consisted of dark tones.

Debbie’s shoot was proof that age is just a number, as her fans could not stop gushing about how youthful she looked. “What have I just watched! That was stunning. And we need that version of Heart of Glass,” someone exclaimed, while another affirmed that she was the perfect model for the campaign.

Although she appears to wear it well, Debbie previously admitted that getting older sucks. However, she has learned to consider herself lucky and is choosing to enjoy how much time she has left. She is also grateful that she still gets support from her fans.

Debbie had a tough life in her prime and was known for her heroin addiction aside from her entertainment career. In the ‘80s, Debbie and her ex-bandmate Chris Stein, who was also her boyfriend at one time, were heroin addicts. It took a lot of work staying off the drug, and now, Debbie simply lives a simpler life where she knits during her tours.
The rock star acknowledged her narrow escapes from trouble in retrospect, emphasizing how lucky she was despite her preference for reckless living. She credited her strong survival instincts for keeping her off the worst as she tested unspeakable boundaries in her youth.
