Months after making her cancer diagnosis public, Nicole Eggert joined the TCA Summer 2024 Press tour in Pasadena, California, along with her co-stars from Baywatch. Joining her onstage were Traci Bingham, Carmen Electra, Billy Warlock, Jeremy Jackson, and David Chockachi as they promoted the new documentary After Baywatch: Moment in the Sun.
It was a wholesome reunion, with Nicole looking unrecognizable since shaving her head in March and gaining over 25 pounds since discovering the disease. Although she was initially diagnosed with breast cancer, more tests during treatment revealed further underlying conditions.

After enduring some pain in her left breast last year, Nicole decided to do a mammogram, which uncovered stage 2 cribriform carcinoma breast cancer, which she recalled was a very rare form of the disease. The breast implants she got a 19 also delayed her realization as it was hard to detect lumps and changes during self-examination.

The 52-year-old initially dismissed the pain in her body as a sign of menopause until she was diagnosed with cancer. Having come to terms with the results, Nicole managed to look gorgeous as she attended the campaign event in a casual ensemble featuring jeans and a black blazer.

Staying positive
Amid her current health battle, Nicole remains positive as she awaits more imaging and a possible surgery. She admitted to feeling stuck while patiently expecting the results of her last treatment and anticipates the next stage of her treatment.
She also credits her children Dilyn and Keegan for keeping her company and being supportive during these hard times. She noted that they have given her a sense of purpose to fight for, adding that Keegan does not give her any preferential treatment for being ill.
