Shannen Doherty recently addressed her grudge with her Beverly Hills, 90210 co-stars on SiriusXM’s Let’s Talk Off Camera with Kelly Ripa, where she admitted to feeling betrayed. She explained how her colleagues ganged up against her to discontinue her character, Betty Walsh.
The mid-90s continued Shannen’s role getting canceled by her supposed friends, who reportedly orchestrated her getting fired. She recalled being oblivious about what led to her retrenchment until Tori Spelling and Brian Austin Green brought it to her knowledge.
Tori Spelling tells her side of the story
Tori previously addressed the allegations about collaborating with other co-stars to get Shannen fired. While discussing the feud on the 2015 Lifetime special Tori Spelling: Celebrity Lie Detector, she recalled witnessing a physical confrontation between Shannen and Jennie Garth, which prompted her to report to her father and show producer Aaron Spelling.

Shannen had to work with Aaron on her TV show, Charmed, after promising to never brush some things and finally recovering. Being a woman, she had a hard time getting along with the male procedures and considered the work environment in general to be toxic and chaotic.
Shannen acknowledged that her opinionated nature has put producers on their toes because she refuses to act kind and dainty like most ladies are expected to. Thankfully, Charmed turned out to be one of her favorite work experiences with friendly locals, dedicated writers, and an amazing crew in general.
Away from the spotlight, Shannen battles stage 4 cancer but has refused to let the news weigh her down. She underwent surgery to remove a brain tumor last year, followed by news of the disease spreading to her bones. Sadly, her hope of surviving wanes by the day, having gone through multiple procedures to salvage the condition.
