Celine Dion once again proved she is a fighter when she made a jaw-dropping appearance at the premiere of her new documentary, I Am: Celine Dion, which is slated to begin streaming on Prime Video by June 25. She looked cheerful as she strutted the event venue and posed for photos on the red carpet.
The iconic singer-songwriter showed up in a cream maxi skirt with a matching silk blouse that covered most of her upper body. She accessorized with a silver chain belt that matched her bracelet and pinky finger ring while completing the simple but chic look with a pair of black pointy heels.
Celine showed up with her firstborn
Joining Celine at the premiere was the first of her three sons, Rene Charles Angelil, who wore a black suit and tie over a collared white shirt. He kept it classic with a pair of black lace-up shoes and a chunky ring on his right pinky. Mother and son posed for photos on the red carpet as they showed off their coordinated appearance.

Social media users reacted to snap from the New York City event, with 23-year-old Rene-Charles’ looks sparking conversation about his true age. “Wow, he looks like early 40s,” someone exclaimed. A fan linked his mature full-bearded face to his late father, Rene Angelil, who sported a bald head and white beard and mustache combo in his lifetime. “it’s just the genetic,” they echoed.

Celine’s followers acknowledged that she looked gorgeous and much better than her previous public appearances. The legendary artist wore her chest-length blonde hair in a center part, with subtle waves that framed her face beautifully. She looked proud of her latest release, which was a way of letting her supporters in on her career, personal life, and battle with Stiff Person Syndrome.
The 56-year-old has been forced to leave the spotlight against her wishes, as her vocal cords and muscles are affected by the condition, for which there has yet to be a known cure. Regardless, Celine believes she can still get back on stage and is looking to do a TV special featuring her best hits as a farewell gesture.
